You bring the process that hurts. In a 30-minute call we map that one process and quote a flat monthly price for the running solution. No company-wide audit.

Build: fixed scope, running in weeks
One process at a time. Every automation runs in parallel with your manual process until it proves itself. Your team approves everything before it goes live.

Run: one subscription per solution
One monthly fee covers operating, maintaining and evolving that solution, with a report of hours saved from real logs. The next process is a second solution. Cancel with 30 days' notice; what we built stays yours.
If a solution doesn't run as described within 30 days of going live, we refund what you paid for it.
